Returns

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new Nellie pieces, which is why we offer store credit for change of mind, size changes and style changes, provided your order meets the following conditions:

  • The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with swing tags & hygiene liners intact.
  • The return must be shipped within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s).

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense.

*Please note: Currently due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee an exchange for your desired size or style. However, store credit will be issued on the day we receive your return. This credit can be used to purchase replacement item(s) at a later date and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

To initiate your return, email us at hello@nelliethelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your original order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with the return shipping address.


 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Returns Shipping

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage method, as we are not liable for any item(s) lost in transit.
